We’re pleased to invite all First U.S. member-owners to attend the 2024 annual meeting. This year, the meeting will be held on:
Thursday, February 22, 2024
at 5:00 p.m. at our Headquarters
580 University Avenue in Sacramento
Nancy Lee, Stephen Serfozo, and Dennis B. Cook are each expected to be re-elected to the Board of Directors for three-year terms by acclamation during the meeting. In addition, Celeste Martinez is expected to be re-elected for a one-year term by acclamation.
