Escheatment
The State of California requires us to escheat unclaimed property if we do not hear from you.
California escheatment laws require us to transfer any balance to the State of California when there has been no activity on your account for 36 months. One way you can prevent that is by simply letting us know you want to maintain your account.
Preventing escheatment to the state is as simple as making a deposit, withdrawal or transfer. Or you can let us know you intend to maintain your account by filling out and sending the form on this page. Just include your full name, membership number and current address.
