GoGreen Financing Document Checklist

Please upload the following supporting documents that apply to you:

  1. Most recent PG&E bill
  2. Most recent electric bill, if applicable
  3. If residence is in a mobile home park, we will need Space Rent Invoice.
  4. Proof of Income, whichever applies to you:
    1. Pay Stubs for past 30 days
    2. Self Employed – last 2 years of Federal Tax Returns, all pages and schedules
    3. Rental Income – last 2 years of Federal Tax Returns, all pages and schedules
    4. Retirement Income – 1099 forms from previous year, 2 months of full bank statements to show deposits (deposits must state who they are for if account is joint), or the current year award/benefits statement
  5. Picture of Driver’s License
  6. For electronic signatures, we will need 2 forms of proof of residence. We use Driver’s License as one source. If your name is not on the PG&E or electric bill, we can use another utility bill, car registration, or mortgage statement.
