My husband and I have been with First US Community Credit Union for more than 20 years and just completed a refinance of our home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional service of Mr. Chris Tatton. Mr. Tatton always responded within a day, and typically within a couple of hours to a question, and we had a lot of questions. He also walked us through how to use the electronic review and signing of documents and worked with us when additional information was needed. He was always patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He and his team completed the refinance ahead of the schedule we were quoted. We can honestly say Mr. Tatton exceeded our expectations on all aspects of his communication, professional service, and dedication to getting our refinance completed. We want to also share with you that the rate on a refinance was lower than any other rate we were able to find. We even had a mortgage broker tell us they couldn’t beat your rate and to take it!
